Validity
These Terms and conditions are applicable to all contracts and shall remain in force for all and any subsequent business transactions. The customer accept these general terms and contitions of Service from the moment an order is placed until the time of delivery.

Prices and payment
Those prices are valid that are quoted at the time the order is placed. All offers are made as the basis of " only as long as stocks are available". We do not guarantee delivery. The purchase price is due for payment once the goods and these invoice have received . All Prices include 19 % VAT.
Payment can be made by cash in advance or PayPal.

Shipping and Delivery costs
We do shipping worldwide. Delivery costs for EU Nations are 15,00 Eur, to all other Nations it is 30,00 Eur.
You can see the delivery costs while ordering, before closing your order. Your order will be shipped as soon as the invoicing amount is on our account.

Withdrawal Information

Right of Withdrawal
If the customer is a consumer ( natural person) he can withdraw the purchase within two weeks - without giving a reason - in written form (by Letter, Fax or E-Mail).The Deadline starts from the receipt of the Goods and this Information.The period of notice begins at the earliest upon receiving this notification -or the Goods.
To comply with the withdraw deadline, the timely shippmant of the withdrowal or the goods are sufficient.

Consequences of Withdraw
In the case of the right to cancel having been exercised effectively, the goods are to be returned, and where applicable , the benefits derived from them are to be surrendered. The purchase agreement is terminated once the goods have been returned, and any payments made shall be returned within 14 daysby money transfer or PayPal account.
If the value of goods to be returned does not exceed 40,00 Eur the customer will bear the cost of returning the goods, but the goods must correspond to those ordered. For deliveries abroad the cost for returning the goods will be borne by the customer. In any other case, the cost of returning the goods and any risks connected with the return will be borne by Charmeuse Doerr & Park GmbH. If the condition of the goods has deteriorated in any way, compensation can be claimed. These does not apply if the deterioration of the goods arises exclusively as a result of their inspection as, for example could have occurred in a normal shop.The customer can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not making use of the goods as if he were their owner, and by desisting from any action which could lead to a decline in their value.
